interpretation on each regulation stipulated and emphasizing how to conform
with them;

the DOE requirements not stipulated in this law;

Understanding
provisions under this law in contracting SW disposal to licensed contractors by
the DOE and how to protect our company’s interest.
Who should attend?: All personnel from all levels and functions of an
organization related or involved in the administration, generating, handling,
storage, treatment, recycling, recovery, shipping for import/export under the
BASEL treaty, including waste generators, contractors and disposal facilities.
