provisions under this law in contracting SW disposal to licensed contractors by
the DOE and how to protect our company’s interest.

organization related or involved in the administration, generating, handling,
storage, treatment, recycling, recovery, shipping for import/export under the
BASEL treaty, including waste generators, contractors and disposal facilities.
