COURSE CONTENT & ITINERARY Duration: 1 day

Objective: A concise method for organizations to conduct systematic and accurate rectifications of their certified ISO14001 system whenever it is being  diagnosed to suffer ‘inadequacy’, ‘deviations’ and/or ‘dysfunction’ by internal or certification bodies’ auditors. Hence, this helps ensure redundant non-conformity be promptly addressed.  Who, how, when and where are shown in several samples of success stories.
Who should attend? : Internal auditors, EMR, EMS committee, HSE/SHE responsible personnel and relevant representative from areas of concern and from any organization.

Ø  The TRT – competency requirement.
Ø  Illustration of NC/Audit Report Sheet and root-cause investigation result; The TRT application; The EMP – corrective action on the following cases:
Ø  Case Example-1: Scheduled Waste Storage Container;
Ø  Case Example-2: Waste Disposal Cost Reduction Program;
Ø  Case Example-3: Parameter ‘Oil & Grease’ exceeds limit;
Ø  Case Example-4: Legal Directive from The DOE;
Ø  Case Example-5: SOP related to Production Activity;
